About Madalyn

Madalyn began sharing her thoughts and analysis on TikTok while attending community college during the global pandemic. One of only a few royal-focused accounts at the time, Madalyn’s audience quickly grew to over 2,000 followers in the fall of 2020.

Since then, Madalyn has pivoted to Substack and Medium, starting the publication Across the Royal Pond, where she writes about the royal family and history.

Madalyn graduated with a B.A. in History in 2023 and an A.A.S. in Business in 2021.

She’s a passionate writer of both fiction and non-fiction, an enjoyer of self-help books, a wannabe polo player, and works a day job in marketing comms.

Madalyn is based in New Jersey, USA, and is a fur mom of five cats — Beanie, Willy, Poppy, Beau, and Luna.
